AWANA stands for Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed. 

     Our Mission at "Chapel Hill Awana" is to reach children in our community and around the world for Christ. We want to not only be effective in leading but encouraging children to follow Christ. We are trying to build a strong foundation in the Word of God for those upcoming adolescent and adult years.

     The AWANA program here at Colonial City Baptist is to encourage and lead children to Christ. This is accomplished through a three part program - Council Time, Handbook Time and Game Time.
